My Weekend in a Nut Shell

I had so much fun this past weekend.
Friday: I attended my first Houston Fashion Blogger Annual Christmas Party. I had a great time with my friend Shawn. I did a little networking and won a few gifts. I look forward to attending more events soon.

Saturday: I attended Livin in XL, a tribute to our plus size music legends and underground artist showcase. An artist by the name of Big Fatts was there and his song "Box" is really bad but really fun at the same time. The song will make you twerk something. I enjoyed that night with my boo and his cousin.

 While I was out on Saturday I did a little shopping for Christmas. I find it so hard to just shop for others and not pick up something cute for me in the process. So I could not pass on these fab shoes for the Spring/Summer.

Sunday: Me and My Boo attended church and had breakfast. I love doing things with him. We have a really good time together. My Boo had an event with his League DJ crew on Sunday at this great spot in Midtown Cafe 4212. If you are ever in the area go check them out the Owner/manager Shawn is really cool. The event was Toys 4 Tots.It was a blessing to be a part of a great charity event. While there Ali Siddiq popped in and it was a pleasure meeting him very down to Earth comedian

I love my Job. I do not get fancy at work but I keep it cute.The kids have been testing this week so can wear jeans. Any time I have that opportunity I wear jeans to work is a plus.

This Weekend I was in a Great Mood because it was my BIRTHDAY!!!! Yes ladies I am officially 29 and look great. I spent wed at the Jive Turkey Show@ the Improv Houston. The show was awesome and to my surprise my boo invited all our friends. Thursday was Thanksgiving Day and Friday we smoked some Hookah. The day of my birthday I attended my Aunts wedding with my boo! Great Birthday Weekend.....

Weekend Fun

Hello Loves

I have been MIA for a while. I am working on updating my blog a little more than I do Instagram. A little recap of my weekend. Friday dinner with my love which is always special to me. And on Saturday I had a chance to catch up with my R.O.D  and attend a wedding. Anytime someone enters into a marriage is a blessing. I am so happy for her. What I wore was a skater dress in one of my FAV winter colors: Hunter Green. I will be back with my look of the week on Wed. Sorry this Post is so Late!!!
